    Abstract:The output of MEMS gyroscope is affected by temperature, which will produce temperature drift and affects the precision of gyroscope. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a method based on GA optimized support vector machine to compensate the temperature of gyroscope. Seven temperature points are selected in the whole temperature region as samples. Support vector machine (SVM) based on radial basis kernel function is adopted for modeling, and GA is used to optimize SVM parameters to further improve the accuracy of gyro temperature compensation. Experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper is more effective than traditional least square method and BP neural network. ? 2019 IEEE.

    Abstract:As an important application of TTC equipment, it's difficult to design and realize the real-time intersection of angular data from photoelectric theodolites for acquiring target's position. It's necessary to build a simulation environment while developing intersection software for future practicability, and the simulation procedure should be based on the real treatment scheme of TTC data. A photoelectric theodolite real-time intersection simulation system is developed in this paper, with details about designing and building. This system can simulate ballistic trajectory data, photoelectric theodolite measuring data and run real-time intersection functions for calculating target positions, which depicts the whole procedure of photoelectric theodolite intersection in. Especially, a new treatment scheme of intersection data was provided, so the real-time intersection software could adaptively match angular data with intersection number for using the data at best.     Abstract:In this mymargin letter, we experimentally demonstrated a 1550-nm high-power single-longitudinal-mode (SLM) distributed feedback (DFB) semiconductor laser based on sampled moiré grating (SMG). By designing the sampling structure with micrometer scale, moiré grating (MG) can be equivalently realized along the laser cavity. Then, we can reduce the coupling coefficient near laser facet so as to increase the output power. The cavity length and ridge width of the fabricated laser are 1.0 mm and 3.0 μm, respectively. The measured threshold current and the slope efficiency are 30.0 mA and 0.36 mW/mA at the heat-sink temperature of 25 °C, respectively. When the injection current is 800.0 mA, the maximum output power is about 183.0 mW. The saturation power is significantly improved compared with conventional DFB laser with uniform sampled grating (USG), which was fabricated on the same wafer. In addition, a four-channel DFB laser array based on SMG was also fabricated on the same wafer, showing good wavelength uniformity. ? 2019 IEEE.

    Abstract:In order to explore the application of hyperspectral technology in the pathological diagnosis of tumor tissue, we used microscopic hyperspectral imaging technology to establish a hyperspectral database of 30 patients with gastric cancer. Based on the difference in spectral-spatial features between gastric cancer tissue and normal tissue in the wavelength of 410-910 nm, we propose a deep-learning model-based analysis method for gastric cancer tissue. The microscopic hyperspectral feature and individual difference of gastric tissue, spatial-spectral joint feature and medical contact are studied. The experimental results show that the classification accuracy of proposed model for cancerous and normal gastric tissue is 97.57%, the sensitivity and specificity of gastric cancer tissue are 97.19% and 97.96% respectively. Compared with the shallow learning method, CNN can fully extract the deep spectral-spatial features of tumor tissue.     Abstract:Fast-steering Mirror (FSM) with its precise positioning characteristics and fast response ability, occupies an increasingly important position in the field of space science and communications. FSM is one of the top technologies at present[1]. At present, analog galvanometer control system imported from abroad is mainly used in the domestic market, which has the disadvantages of weak anti-interference ability and difficult to expand[4]. Based on this, a high-speed, 90mm digital FSM control scheme is designed in this paper. The working principle of the system is analyzed, the software and hardware design of the system are described, and the position sampling principle and control method of FSM are introduced in detail. Using digital notch filter to suppress mechanical resonance, a digital FSM control system based on DSP is developed. The experimental results show that the control bandwidth of the system reaches 300 HZ, and the system runs stably and reliably, so it has great application prospects[2]. ? 2019 IEEE.

    Abstract:High-power fiber lasers have been widely explored in engineering and science, and improving the beam quality restricted by transverse mode instability (TMI) is waiting to be solved for extra high-power applications. Here, we theoretically propose a phase transition model for understanding TMI in a fiber oscillator. A general dynamics model describing TMI is established by modifying the heat equation, and then a special dynamics model of a two-mode fiber (TMF) oscillator is obtained by applying this general dynamics model to TMF oscillator case. Theoretical analysis shows that there is a reversible phase transition point in this TMF oscillator model, which can well explain the sudden and reversible change of TMI. Based on linear stability analysis near the phase transition point, an analytical threshold formula of TMI is given to calculate the TMI threshold in the TMF oscillator. The calculated results are consistent with the reported experimental results. Furthermore, the relationship between the TMI threshold and several parameters was also discussed in detail such as laser wavelength, pump wavelength, core radius, cladding radius, etc. This theoretical model will be useful to understand and suppress the TMI in fiber oscillators. ? 2019 Optical Society of America under the terms of the OSA Open Access Publishing Agreement

    Abstract:In this paper, a stellar coronagraph system with wavefront correct instrument is proposed, the optical design and image quality evaluation of the system are carried out, including the optical design of the front telescope system, the collimator instrument, wavefront correcting system in coronagraph and the optical design of the imaging lens. The front system used a structure of off-axis double-mirror telescope, with a diameter of 2.4m, 16 for F, and a FoV of 10 '×10', The design requirements of the coronagraph instrument is: wavelength band is 450nm to 950nm, the detector is a EMCCD with the resolution of 1k×1k, pixel size of 13μm, the diameter of deformable mirror is 10mm. The design requirements of the imaging lens is: the optical aperture D is 5mm, F# is 15, the magnification of beam expander is 12.6 X. In this article, the coronagraph instrument system adopts the phase plate and the Lyot aperture and add the combination of the design and a deformable mirror is used to correct wavefront while a Lyot aperture is used for blocking the remnants of the star light, the introduction of the deformable mirror system can better eliminate both speckle noise and fixed optical surface error influences on imaging quality, also can correct the dynamic error.The design results show that: on the image plane, at the wavelength of requirement, the wavefront RMS value was less than 0.02λ, the result show that the wavefront error of the system reached the diffraction limit, it also means that the optical design of the whole system meet the design standard of coronagraph. ? 2019 SPIE.
